How does it work?
You choose a design and order on Etsy. I send you a link to your private wedding page, where you fill in your details at your own pace. Within 48 hours of getting them, I send you a preview. When you love it, you share one link with all your guests.
Is it a template I have to edit myself?
No. You never touch a design tool. You tell me about your day in a simple form, and I create your invitation for you.
How do my guests receive it?
By one link you send by text, WhatsApp, email or social media. It opens straight away on any phone, tablet or computer. Guests do not need an app or an account.
Can each guest see their own name?
Yes. On your wedding page you type your guests’ names, one per line, and each gets a personal link. Their name appears on the envelope, and you can see who has opened it and who has replied.
How do RSVPs work?
Guests answer inside the invitation: if they are coming, which celebrations, how many people, children, and a note for you. Every reply appears on your private page the moment it is sent, and you can download them as a spreadsheet.
How long does it take?
Your preview is ready within 48 hours of receiving your details. Most couples share their invitation within a few days of ordering.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included before your invitation goes live. After that, I am still happy to fix small details like a time or an address.
What if we change our venue or date later?
Send me a note from your wedding page and I will update it. Everyone who has your link sees the new details right away. No reprinting, no second mailing.
Can I add more than one event?
Yes. A welcome evening, the ceremony, the reception, a farewell brunch. Each celebration gets its own card with a map and an add-to-calendar button, and guests choose which ones they will attend.
Is there music?
Yes, every design plays soft music once the envelope is opened. Guests can turn it off with one tap.
How long does my link stay live?
Until 12 months after your wedding, so guests can look back at it and you can keep your replies.
Is it private?
Yes. Invitations are hidden from search engines, your wedding page is protected by your own code, and your guests’ replies are only ever seen by the two of you and me.
Do you offer other languages?
Invitations are written in English. Message me before ordering if you need another language and I will tell you what is possible.
How do I pay?
Orders are placed on Etsy, so you pay securely there with your usual card or wallet, and your order is covered by Etsy’s purchase protection.
