Terms of service

These terms apply to every Dear Forever invitation and to this website. By ordering or using an invitation, you agree to them. Last updated October 6, 2026.

What you receive

A digital invitation hosted on dearforever.wedding at your own link, in the design you chose, with your details, guest replies on your private wedding page, personal guest links, and the features described in your listing. Nothing is printed or shipped.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid on Etsy, and Etsy’s terms also apply to your purchase.

Timing and changes

Your preview is ready within 48 hours of receiving your complete details. Two rounds of changes are included before your invitation goes live. Small corrections, such as a time or address, are welcome afterwards.

Your content

You are responsible for the details you provide and confirm that you may share them. Please do not add anything unlawful or hurtful. I may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms.

The designs

All designs, artwork, animation and code belong to Dear Forever. Your order gives you a personal license to use your invitation for your celebration. Copying, reselling or reproducing the designs, artwork or code anywhere else is not allowed.

How long it stays live

Your invitation stays live until 12 months after the date of your last celebration. After that, it shows a thank-you page.

Availability

I work hard to keep every invitation online at all times, but I cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. If something goes wrong, I will fix it as quickly as I can.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Dear Forever’s responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your invitation.
