Refunds and changes

Every invitation is made to order, just for you. Last updated October 6, 2026.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, through Etsy, as long as I have not started your invitation.

Refunds

Because each invitation is made specially for you, I cannot offer refunds once work has begun. If something is not right, please tell me. I will do everything I can to make it right.

Changes

Two rounds of changes are included before your invitation goes live, so it is exactly what you imagined. After it is live, I am still happy to update small details like a time, an address or a hotel.

If there is a problem

If your invitation does not work as described, message me on Etsy and I will fix it. Your purchase is also covered by Etsy’s purchase protection.
